1. Retail Sales Bonus
Earn 25% profit when you purchase products at wholesale price and sell them to your retail customers. Earn up to 46% profit with Bulk Order pricing.

Earning income with a Retail Sales Profit (RSP) starts by simply sharing Diamond Tree’s incredible line of products with the people you know and those whom you encounter on a daily basis. As an IBO, you simply direct people to your personal Diamond Tree Web site—your “online store.” Each time they purchase products, you earn the difference between the wholesale (IBO) price and the retail price established for customers not affiliated with the company as IBOs. The difference is called the Retail Sales Profit and you earn it every time one of your customers purchases products—either directly from you or from your personal web site. Customers who wish to receive products every month as a monthly ongoing shipment on autoship (products are shipped and billed automatically every month unless the order is canceled) receive a Preferred Customer discount of 10% from the retail price. 2. First Order Bonus

3. Pack Bonus
Earn 10% - 12% on Pack purchases by new Independent Branch Owners.

When you personally sponsor an individual who purchases one of the special Packs within the first four weeks from his or her sign-up date, you will receive 10% - 12% of the CV on the Pack that is purchased. This is called a Pack Bonus. Packs range from 250CV to 1500CV.

● Starter Pack 250CV Earn 10%
● Builder Pack 500CV Earn 10%

4. Global Sharing Pool
Earn bonuses from a pool of 2% of total global sales each calendar month.

The charts below outline how you can receive a share of the Total Global Commissionable Volume (TGCV). The Global Sharing Pool (GSP) bonus will share 2% of each calendar month’s TGCV among those who qualify.

Key to capitalizing on the full and very generous rewards offered by the GSP bonus is the purchase of your own product pack and encouraging new IBOs in your organization to purchase product packs. The larger the pack, the higher the Global Sharing Pool payout.




Each pack is given a specific number of Multiplier Points (MP). Multiplier Points are used to calculate your bonus on each of your enrollee’s pack purchases. As the enroller, you receive Global Sharing Points on IBOs you have sponsored, and the Multiplier Point of your pack and the Multiplier Point of your enrollee’s pack determine the amount of shares you will receive in each Global Sharing Pool.



To demonstrate a GSP bonus you might receive, let’s assume the total global sales for the month for Diamond Tree is 1,000,000 CV and that there are 1000 SP awarded that month. 2% of 1,000,000 equals $20,000 and each SP would pay $20 ($20,000 divided by 1000 Share Points).

● If you had purchased a Builder Pack and your enrollee had purchased a Builder Pack , you—as the sponsor—would receive a total of 25 SP or $500 ($20 times 25 SP).
● If you had purchased a Leader Pack and your enrollee had purchased a Builder Pack, you would receive $1,200 ($20 times 60 SP) as part of that month’s Global Sharing Pool.
● Had you both purchased Leader Packs, your GSP bonus would be $2880 ($20 times 144 SP).

You may purchase a Pack at any time to be eligible for the Global Sharing Pool; however, if you purchase a Pack after the first four weeks from your sign-up date, the Pack Bonus is no longer available to your sponsor.

If an IBO does not want to purchase a Pack but still wants to be eligible to participate in the Global Sharing Pool, he or she can qualify by purchasing a minimum of 2,000 CV in one single order. This purchase would automatically qualify him or her for the 12 MP/SP level in the Global Sharing Pool.



5. Mega Matrix
Earn 3% - 7% on autoship orders for 20 compressed levels

Mega Matrix is a revolutionary income-building system that is based on one simple requirement: Maintaining 100 Commissionable Volume (CV) every month.

Mega Matrix (MM) pays you a percentage (from 3% to 7% based on your Title Rank) 20 levels deep on everyone in both right and left legs within your organization who maintains 100CV each month. Plus, there are no weak leg requirements, no personally sponsored distributor requirements and no monthly pay rank volume requirements to receive Mega Matrix bonuses.

Any CV used for Mega Matrix bonuses will not be applied to Team Earnings.



The Mega Matrix is paid on 20 levels of the binary placement tree. This means that wherever you are placed, you will earn up to 20 levels below you on both your left and right legs. In the event that someone has less than 100CV in the month, this person will not count as a level, but Diamond Tree will still pay you the same percentage pertaining to your rank on any volume this person has—therefore compression will be dynamic for this given bonus.

You must be at least a Team Diamond or above to receive the Mega Matrix bonus. In addition, you must be qualified with a minimum of 100 CV in the previous month.


6. Team Earnings
Earn 10% on the accumulated points of your lesser leg volume.

● Your newly sponsored IBOs are placed in one of two “legs” that make up a binary organization.
● You may sponsor as many new IBOs as you want, but to receive Team Earnings each IBO will have to be placed in one of the two legs.
● Your sponsor and his or her upline may also place people in your organization below you in either leg.



As an IBO, you begin to accumulate CV points in each leg. Team Earnings pays 10% on your Lesser Leg Volume (LLV). Here’s how you earn:

1. Once you reach 250CV in your LLV, you will start receiving TE. 250 CV LLV is a one-time requirement.
2. Once you meet 250CV LLV, you will earn TE on every 100 LLV.

● To qualify for Team Earnings you must have at least 100 CV in the previous month.





7. Check Match
Earn 10% - 20% on your personally sponsored Independent Branch Owners team earnings, up to 9 levels for a total of 120%.

At Diamond Tree, strong leadership is rewarded each step of the journey, especially when it comes to personally sponsoring IBOs. Depending on your Title Rank, as an IBO you can earn a 10% -20% Check Match (CM) on all your personally sponsored IBOs’ and their personally sponsored downlines’ Team Earnings. Your Title Rank and Check Match correlates to the level at which you qualified (see criteria below). A key point to remember:
The more IBOs you personally sponsor,
the bigger your Check Match will be over
the course of time.



As the chart above demonstrates, the higher your Rank, the more levels you can earn in Check Match bonuses. Check Match bonuses are paid on a calculation of sponsorship levels, which means creating strong leadership within your organization several levels deep. The following chart gives you an idea of the payout available through Check Match bonuses.

Leadership definitely has its rewards, a fact made abundantly clear by the Diamond Tree Leadership Pool (LP). As a Star Diamond or above, you can participate in a 3% pool of total global sales. The number of shares co-relates with your Title Rank.

This pool is paid quarterly and is based on the number of shares an IBO has earned at a given rank in the above chart. To receive a Leadership Pool bonus, you must qualify by achieving a minimum of 100 CV in the previous month. In addition, you must be earning commissions as a Star Diamond or above with a minimum of 60,000 in LLV in the calendar month. In other words, you must meet the Lesser Leg Volume (LLV) requirement for one of the Leadership ranks for the month. (See the Ranks in the above chart.)

What is the advantage of participating in the 100 CV Monthly Program?
As an Indepedent Branch Owner (IBO) you are not required to participate in the CV program. However, the downside is, you limit your income. If you decide to purchase either a starter, builder or leader pack and participate in the 100 CV Mega Matrix Program, your residual income potential is unlimited!

As a businessman, think of the CV as a rent for a space in doing business. However, when you pay rent it is a direct expense, you do not get anything in return. On the other hand, when you participate in the CV Mega Matrix Program, you get products in return that you can personally use and products that you can share or sample to your prospective customers or distributors. In addition, you are able to generate streams of income.

Definitions
Active – IBO with any CV purchase during the previous month.

Autoship – An ongoing monthly product purchase order.

Commissionable Volume (CV) – The value used in the Diamond Tree Compensation Plan to identify points for qualification purposes as well as paying commission.

Compression – When you are calculating the downline of an IBO and you discover an IBO who is NOT QUALIFIED, you do not count that IBO as a “level” and continue until you find a QUALIFIED IBO. This applies to the Mega Matrix bonus.

Enrollee – This is a person you bring into the company. Due to the nature of the binary tree system, an enrollee can end up many levels below you on the binary tree but just one level below you on the enroller tree.

Enroller – This is the person who brought you into the company. Due to the nature of the binary tree system, you can be placed many binary levels below and still be one Enroller level below your Enroller. This person could earn Check Matching on all Team Earnings you make.

First Order Bonus (FOB) – A special bonus—the equivalent of 10 % of the total commissionable volume (see commissionable volume) of all non-pack, first orders placed by new IBOs in the first four weeks from date of sign up.

Flush – If an IBO was NOT ACTIVE in the previous month, then all binary CV points will be removed on the first day of the new month. If an IBO was Active with less than 100 CV in the previous month, then the binary CV points will be reduced to 1000 CV left/1000 CV right or to their current points, whichever is less.

Independent Branch Owner (IBO) – An individual who has registered to become an official distributor of Diamond Tree and has agreed to the terms and conditions and policies and procedures.

Personally Sponsored – An individual or entity registered and enrolled directly by you.

Previous Month – The calendar month before the current calendar month.

Qualified – IBO with a minimum100 CV purchase during the previous month.

Sponsor Tree Leg (STL) – These are the people you personally sponsored. If you sponsor two people you will have two STLs. If you need to use an STL for the purpose of Rank qualification you may use one Rank per STL (even if he/she is not at the top level). This means if you need a GLOBAL DIAMOND for a rank qualification and the nearest one is four sponsorship levels down, you may use it; but, if you need two GDs you cannot use another from the same STL.

Title Rank – This is the highest title of achievement earned by the qualifications as listed in the compensation plan (see above, under Diamond Tree Ranks.)

Once you decide to join, an online training site shall be provided to equip you with all the things that you need to be sucessful in this business.


8. Leadrship Pool
Earn bonuses from a pool of 3% of total global sales each quarter as a Star Diamond or higher.
